FAQ'S
Where can I get my tickets?
Box office opens in September!
You can call or drop us an email, these options don't incur a booking fee. You can also book through the website via ticket source where a booking fee is charged.
Do you offer a group discount?
We do, for groups 10+ people email woodfordpantocommittee@outlook.com Where you can reserve a group booking whilst you organise final numbers. We know how difficult organising a group of people can be!
Do you have a bar or refreshments?
Yes, front of house is open half hour before the performance. Offering a good range of drinks and snacks.
I have lost my tickets/etickets, what can I do?
Drop us an email and we can resend them to you.
Is it suitable for young children?
It does depend on the child but generally aged two and upwards is best. It is a great introduction to theatre as it really doesn't matter if they are not completely quiet - in fact we positively encourage it!
My child is 2, do they need their own ticket/seat?
Children under the age of 3 can sit on the lap of their parent/carer.
How do I organise a birthday call out?
Contact one of the front of house team on arrival.
Is Hawkey Hall wheelchair friendly?
It is, however we only have a few accessible spaces per performance. Please email as early as possible to secure a wheelchair space.
Can I take photographs?
No! Copyright and child protection laws forbid it.
I am aged over 10, how can I appear in a pantomime?
We audition in June/July, look out for updates on our social media pages before then.
I'm not a performer but would love to get involved, who do I contact?
We are always looking for helpers in all areas including backstage, front of house and the set up. Please contact woodfordpantocommittee@outlook.com if you would like to join the team.
