A pantomime wouldn't be a pantomime without the people who bring the story, characters, songs and jokes to life on stage. Whether you're an experienced performer, have never performed before, or simply fancy giving it a go, there could be a place for you.
We're always looking for enthusiastic people who want to have fun, make friends and be part of something special. You don't have to be the most experienced performer in the room — confidence, commitment and a willingness to get involved are what really count.
Acting & Characters
Fancy stepping into the shoes of a larger-than-life pantomime character? From heroes and heroines to villains, comedy characters and everyone in between, there are lots of different roles to play.
Whether you've been acting for years or this would be your first time on stage, we'd love to hear from you.
Singing
Music and singing are a huge part of pantomime, with plenty of opportunities to get involved vocally.
You don't need to be a professional singer — enthusiasm and a willingness to join in are just as important!
Dancing
Love to dance? Pantomime is full of big musical numbers and energetic routines, with opportunities for performers of different abilities.
Whether you're an experienced dancer or simply enjoy having a dance, there's a place for you.
Ensemble & Chorus
Not everyone wants to play a main character — and that's absolutely fine!
Our chorus members are a huge part of creating the atmosphere, energy and spectacle of a pantomime. From group numbers and dances to helping bring scenes to life, there's always plenty to do.
Comedy & Panto Fun
Pantomime is all about having fun and making the audience laugh!
If you enjoy comedy, audience interaction, silly moments and not taking yourself too seriously, you could be right at home on our stage.
Performers of Ages 10+
Pantomime can provide opportunities for performers across a wide range of ages, depending on the requirements of each production.
Whether you're young, young at heart, returning to performing after many years, or trying it for the very first time, we'd love to hear from you.
Never Performed Before?
Don't let that put you off!
Pantomime is a brilliant way to try something new, build confidence, meet new people and have a lot of fun along the way.
You don't need to arrive as a polished performer. Come with enthusiasm, give it a go and see where it takes you.
