My child is 2, do they need their own ticket/seat?
Children under the age of 3 can sit on the lap of their parent/carer.
Do card payments incur a booking fee?
Yes, we are sorry to say they do.
I'm not a performer but would love to get involved, who do I contact?
We are always looking for helpers in all areas including backstage, front of house and the set up. Please contact Jane at jane.ellison@bt.com if you would like to join the team.
Is it suitable for young children?
It does depend on the child but generally aged two and upwards is best. It is a great introduction to theatre as it really doesn't matter if they are not completely quiet - in fact we positively encourage it!
Can I take photographs?
No! Copyright and child protection laws forbid it.
How do I organise a birthday call out?
Contact one of the front of house staff on arrival.
I am aged over 10, how can I appear in a pantomime?
We audition in June, look out for updates on our social media pages before then.
